  • All Duplex Residents Have Curbside Trash/Recycle Pick Up At 7:00am Every Monday - We Recommend Leaving Curbside Sunday Night Before.

  • Cans Need To Be Street Curbside With The Recycle Logo Facing the Street For Pick Up. 

Pet Rules

  • All Pets Must Be Kept On A Leash at All Times While Walking On The Property.

  • Residents Must Pick Up After Pets And Not Allow Them To Urinate On Plants.

  • One Time Pet Fee Of $300 Will Be Charged Upon Move-In.
